This is why the Network continues to emphasize the value of learning how to leverage the multicultural employee as a business imperative.

This session will include findings from NEW’s 2008 Leveraging Multicultural Diversity event, an interactive discussion of diversity best practices, and a review of the challenges that face organizations as they work to embed diversity and inclusion into the fabric of their cultures and into the expected leadership competencies.

The 2009 Multicultural Workforce Forum will include peer-to-peer learning, diversity coaching, and multicultural leadership development for both senior-level executives and emerging leaders at companies of all sizes.
