Jodee Kozlak

Jodee KolakJodee Kozlak is executive vice president, human resources for Target, the second largest general merchandise retailer in the U.S. with more than $63 billion in annual revenue and more than 360,000 employees worldwide. Kozlak joined Target in 2001 as director of employee relations and employee relations general counsel, and was named to her current post in 2005. Prior to joining Target, Kozlak was a partner at Minneapolis law firm Greene Espel. She previously served as a senior associate at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly and a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co, both in Minneapolis. She received a B.A. degree in accounting from the College of St. Thomas and her law degree from the University of Minnesota. Kozlak is a vice president of the board of the Guthrie Theater and a member of the board of Park Nicollet Health Systems. She is a member of the board of governors for Opportunity International, an organization that employs microfinance to lift people from poverty.

She is also leading a pioneering approach to employee engagement and career-life integration called mass career customization, a signature initiative of Deloitte’s talent agenda. Benko is the co-author of Mass Career Customization: Aligning the Workplace with Today’s Nontraditional Workforce and Connecting the Dots: Aligning Projects and Objectives in Unpredictable Times. She earned her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Ramapo College. She is a member of Deloitte’s Executive Committee and the Deloitte Foundation Board. She lives in Northern California with her husband and two children.

Jeff Noddle has been chairman and chief executive officer of Minnesota-based SuperValu Inc., the third-largest grocery retail company and leading food distributor in the United States, since 2002. He has held a number of leadership positions across the firm’s retail and supply chain operations, including president and chief operating officer; corporate executive vice president and president and chief operating officer of SuperValu’s supply chain company; and corporate vice president, merchandising. He is a past chairman of the board of directors of The Food Marketing Institute and serves as a member of several corporate and university boards. He is active in Minneapolis civic affairs, currently serving on the Greater Twin Cities United Way board of directors and executive committee, the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management’s Board of Overseers, and as a member of the executive committee of the Minnesota Business Partnership.

She joined JetBlue during its concept stage and was key to developing the company's “hip and cheeky brand,” playing a lead role in JetBlue's phenomenal growth. Advertising Age named her "Marketer of the Year" in recognition of her accomplishments. Before joining JetBlue, Curtis-McIntyre was vice president, marketing, at Virgin Atlantic Airways and director, advertising and promotion, for Celebrity Cruises.
