Prior to the program, you’ll take a rigorous and insightful Birkman Workstyle Assessment measuring your work-style strengths and blind spots. You’ll use the results when you arrive to gain insight into current career issues and craft mentoring objectives to address them.

You’ll discover how work-styles impact your effectiveness, discuss the roles of mentor and protégé, and learn how you may be getting in the way of your mentor.
