June regional events focus on career and life goals

Registration is still open for two NEW learning and networking events in Greater Philadelphia and Metro New York this June.

The Network’s Greater Philadelphia luncheon and networking event will be held June 6 at the Haub School of Business. The event will feature an all-star industry panel with Christopher Baldwin, president of Hershey North America; Autumn Bayles, senior vice president, strategic operations, for Tasty Baking Company; and Judy Spires, president of Acme Markets. The discussion will be moderated by Tara Weiner, managing partner, Greater Philadelphia Region, for Deloitte & Touche USA LLP.

NEW’s New York Metro event June 21 at the Sheraton Meadowlands in East Rutherford, N.J., will feature a presentation by author and coach Jan Hill. Hill will address how executives can achieve life and career dreams at the evening networking and learning session.

More than 190 NEW members braved snowy weather to attend NEW’s March 16 networking event outside Boston. Former Marine Corps officers Angie Morgan and Courtney Lynch, co-authors of Leading from the Front, spoke to the crowd about ten key principles of leadership.
