Executives from Wal-Mart, Tyson Foods, JB Hunt, Johnson & Johnson, Frito-Lay, and Procter & Gamble have teamed up to launch a Northwest Arkansas chapter of NEW, with an inaugural regional event slated for July 2004.
The steering committee also includes a representative from the University of Arkansas’ Walton School of Management, which will assist the group in providing industry outreach to the student population.
Network staff will help members establish the chapter and design programs and events to promote the NEW’s goals of executive development, education, networking and diversity.
