Kick start your Summit experience with a practical hands-on workshop that will help you get the most from our program and pay dividends throughout your career. You’ll learn to be a better leader through listening and reflection techniques, identify personal strengths and weaknesses, and overcome your personal barriers to change. You’ll get to know fellow Summit participants and even get a sneak peak at our six breakout sessions so you can choose the sessions right from you. And you’ll leave with a learning model and agenda that will help you throughout the Summit and throughout your career.
The second part of the session will focus on how you can get the most from purposeful networking at the Summit. Hear a senior leader and an emerging leader address:
- The basics of networking – do’s and don’ts
- How to purposefully network in a room with 600 other people
- Ice breakers and follow up techniques
Participate in a fun networking exercise guaranteed to get you ready to network and meet the right people!
