Career Self-Management Workshop
Take an extraordinary tour of your potential at Deep Dive Into Career Self-Management on October 13-14 immediately following the NEW Leadership Summit.
Prior to the program, you’ll take an insightful Birkman Workstyle Assessment to measure your work style strengths and blind spots. You’ll use the results during the session to gain insight into career issues and craft mentoring and career objectives to address them.
Birkman has been helping executives dive deeper and reach higher since 1951. Your Workstyle Analysis will help clarify work style strengths, identify communications barriers, build strong mentor relationships and help you succeed for the rest of your career. You’ll enjoy post-event conference calls to sustain changes, track development progress and stay in touch with other participants.
Your guide on this one-day adventure is NEW’s long-time mentoring expert Sandra Bushby, global director of diversity for Pfizer and a certified Birkman analyst and trainer.
