Select and ship an item from our recommended list (left) or let NEW
purchase an item on your behalf. We will provide sponsor recognition for
all items.
SHIPPING
All Silent Auction items must arrive between October 5-9. The hotel cannot accept arrivals before October 5.

Donated items should be packed in sturdy boxes with extra padding since the box will be reused for shipping to the winning bidder.
BIDDING/PAYMENT
Items can be claimed at the conclusion of the Summit or winner can request that items be shipped to them. Winning bidders may pay by credit card or check made payable to NEW (please write “Scholarship Fund” in the memo section of the check). If winning bidder fails to claim their item, the next highest bidder will be notified. Unclaimed items or items that do not receive bids will be returned to the donor or may be donated to NEW for future fund-raising purposes.
