Lead a team of 100 associates (drivers, supervisors, area managers) responsible for the profitability of the Full Service Vending business. Responsible for the strategic development/long-term planning and execution of the business plan coupled with ongoing training and development of our associates.

To meet influential women from other industries, and to network to gain a better understanding of the challenges they face and ability to overcome them successfully.

Personal interests
My family, Tom, our son Ryan, and soon-to-be baby (in August). I enjoy gardening (veggies and flowers), as well as running and classical music.

Duties
I serve as the Northeast Region contact for all Coca-Cola Enterprise Divisions for Amerada Hess, Pilot Oil and RaceTrac Petroleum business opportunities. I develop and implement marketing and operational programs to generate profitable volume growth for all shareholders. My role is to build and enhance relationships that will identify opportunities for solutions that create mutual value.

Reason for joining NEW
I was encouraged by our VP of Human Resources, Seena Cushman, to explore NEW as a potential forum to network and gain insights from women in executive positions. I traded emails with Bobbie O'Hare (Chair of NEW’s Regional Events Committee)…before having had an opportunity to meet with the NY Metro Steering Committee. Within just a few moments of that breakfast meeting, I was hooked… and not only wanted to become a member of NEW but volunteered to join our NY Metro Steering Committee.

I love to cook for family and friends. I am avid fan of the Food Network, a weekend golfer and an annual Caribbean traveler.
