Duties
Responsible for the allocation/planning of volume and trade funding as well as the national sales of SPAM, Chunk Meats, Bacon Toppings, HerbOx and Vienna Sausage. We work as the liaison between sales and marketing to initiate strategies and tactics for each brand.

Reason for joining NEW
To network with other females in the CPG industry, help grow my career personally, and have greater participation of NEW within Hormel to help increase our diversity.

Personal interests
Outside of my career, our family is everything. I am married with two little girls, Kailey, 6, and Kara, 2-1/2, and they both keep us busy. Our youngest daughter has special needs, which has brought us together as a family and made us truly appreciate life!

My primary focus is with operations training , ranging from department-level financial training to sacker and checker training initiatives. I also teach classes on a variety of topics throughout United's location areas.

I'm very excited to have the opportunity to learn and network with others who work in similar fields within the retail industry. I thoroughly enjoyed the Leadership Summit I attended in Dallas.

Personal interests
I love music and traveling. I direct a small church choir and travel every given opportunity. NYC and Lake Tahoe are two of my favorite spots, along with any port of call a cruise I can take!
